"...great we thought. Now we have an Interior Designer to pick out paint colours and furniture. How do you typically charge?
Unlike a lot of Interior Design firms out there who carry an hourly rate, Plan Créatif works soley on fixed rates. There are several different options available to all of our clients pockets, designed to keep your bank balance happy, while still achieving the best best possible space you deserve.
"After having worked with two Interior Designers in the past, I wasn't thrilled about the idea of having to use another one, but time was a problem for me. My past experiences with Interior Designers weren't the happily ever after stories that you read about. Every month I'd receive exorbitant 'surprise bills' in my inbox, mainly because they charged hourly rates. You really don't realise how much it will cost you until you receive that bill, and then it makes you too scared to call on them when you really need their advice, knowing the meter is ticking. All of the savings I had started to plummet, because the majority of it went towards design fees. Plan Créatif was different. I'm new at this, and I have no idea where to start, is there a certain process to follow?
Typically, many of our clients enlist the services of an Interior Designer because they feel they are lost in what seems to be a whirlwind of building dust. What comes first, and how to tie it in all together? There is a simple design process that we follow. We're here to guide you through the entire process of renovating and/or building.
"I had absolutely no idea how all (if any) of my ideas were going to actually work. I doubted myself and kind of just jumped into the deep end of it all, and before I knew it, everything was a mess. I called Plan Créatif who had helped out a friend of mine who had recently built. They met with me the same day and put my mind at ease. They took care of almost everything they could at the late stage of building that I was at (I later learnt that it was better to get the designers involved as early as possible into the build). All of the ideas I had for my home were used, and they even made the ideas look better! Thanks guys!"
